Ashley Estes

Ashley joined The Lancer Group in 2007. Since joining, Ashley has been responsible for all international clients as well as leading Lancer Group’s strategic business development initiatives abroad.
Additionally, she serves as a consultant, recruiting on C-level searches for private equity companies and their portfolio companies. Previously, she worked at CitiGroup as an analyst, evaluating company performance across various sectors.
She graduated cum laude, from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish, and a minor in Eastern European Studies.
Ashley speaks Spanish fluently with conversational abilities in both French and Portuguese.
In her spare time, she competes in marathons, ironmans, cycles, and swims.
